Incident baby | Milpas Bulbout WINS vote split output

In a fiercely divided on a device known as the bulbout seemingly benign traffic community, leaders of the city of Santa Barbara found desgarrado similarly to examine the effectiveness of the controversial objects.

"What I am really concerned about is how much ideology has been inserted in this discussion", said Williams, later adding, "This seems to be about bulbouts in general, not for this project [] in particular."
In spite of the split decision, each Member of the Council agreed that the needs of the community to participate in further discussion bulbouts and other traffic devices that have arisen as controversial in recent years.
